Caterpillar is hiring for the role of Digital Consultant!

Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Driving execution of Digital priorities for Bangalore district dealers – Deliver e-commerce growth, connectivity, and digital deployment targets.
• Developing dealer capabilities for eCommerce solutions and drive customer adoption and online part sales. Support the deployment of eCommerce Global Dealer Standards.
• Conducting the Digital Excellence Program assessment with your dealers, establish and execute action plans and governance reviews to improve dealer digital capabilities.
• Leading the development of an aligned dealer digital roadmap and Cap & Cap plan. Manage timely execution of digital deployments as the single point of contact with the dealer.
• Driving engagement with key dealer and Caterpillar stakeholders to ensure dealer capabilities and integration points needed for Digital deployments are understood.
• Being the main Digital contact for the District Manager Field Reps and internal business partners (Cat Digital and Industries) and providing Subject Matter Expertise to improve Digital and Technology capacity and capability.
• Aligning strategies of the dealer, Cat Digital, Aftermarket Services, Industries, and Caterpillar Distribution Services Divisions.
• Keeping up with new industry trends, changing technology, and regulations affecting customers and a competitive environment.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to drive operational improvements with dealers and customers
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand dealer culture with the ability to translate that understanding into a tailored approach to selling the value of Digital offerings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including presentation proficiency and a demonstrated ability to earn trust and credibility with senior management teams
• Ability to influence internal and external partners at all hierarchy levels to successfully drive change
• Extensive project management, change management and process improvement experience
