Digital Commerce - Supply & Operations Manager Job in Gurgaon at MARS

MARS is hiring for the role of Digital Commerce - Supply & Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver for the channel through direct customers and distributors. Ensure we have a healthy distributor and seller network across the country which can enable primary for the channel in line with POs received by customers.
• Track & measure the effectiveness of our distributors & sellers pan India and optimize basis channel needs.
• Demand planning & forecasting: Work closely with KAMs and the demand planning team to ensure the channel meets 90%+ demand forecast for P+3 periods. 
• Work with the Supply chain team and KAMs to ensure best-in-class CSL (Fill rates). 
• Ensure through a team of Operations executives, timely claims of all distributors and adherence to all processes related to customers.
• Unlock Portfolio capability for DCOM through a team of sellers. Hold end-to-end process for all NPDs, & ensure coverage of the same as per GTM
• Work closely with KAMs and Operations teams and ensure that OSA targets for the channel are achieved.
• Enable best-in-class supply network for channel: Shift to direct business wherever possible.
• Work with distributors on ROI, ensure the right stock holding & other metrics.
• Manage a team of operations executives & supply implants to drive key agendas for the channel & drive engagement and development of the team.
• Ensure timely reviews with the team on various KPIs and drive operational efficiency
• Develop cold chain-enabled RTM for the e-commerce marketplace
• Set up a Seller network across India to cater to the growing marketplace demand
• Track utilization of trade spends for channel along with the Go-To-Market Manager & S&F Co-pilot for Ecom 
• Work with S&F and Customer’s finance function to drive reconciliations as per the agreed Terms of Trades

Requirements:

• MBA with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Supply/Operations
