Digital Business Operations Associate Manager II Job in Hyderabad at Electronic Arts Inc. (EA)

Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) is hiring for the role of Digital Business Operations Associate Manager II!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Purchase codes with external partners
• Upload codes to Keymaster and set up offers in internal systems such as Keymaster and the Digital Codes Tool
• Manage the help Slack channel, monitor email traffic, and answer questions related to code operations
• Maintain an Airtable workspace with details of what needs to be ordered and when
• Collaborate with our submissions teams to ensure setups with 1P are complete
• Troubleshoot reported issues
• Assist with the development and enhancement of the Digital Codes Tool.
• Manage settlement reports sent by digital resellers
• Process settlement reports internally, ensuring accuracy in partnership with the Commercial team
• Send processed reports to Finance for invoicing
• Maintain the Airtable space that tracks the settlement process status
• Onboard new digital resellers and ensure they are integrated into the settlement process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital code management and operations
• Strong proficiency in using Airtable, Keymaster, and other digital code management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience working with finance and commercial teams is a plus
