Axis Bank is hiring for the role of Digital Banking Operations Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Resolve customer requests and complaints related to Internet and Mobile Banking within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure timely and accurate replies to customers.
- Achieve 100% quality TAT on closure of cases.
- Collaborate closely with IT to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify recurring customer issues and ensure their resolution.
- Analyze process gaps and propose process changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of customer servicing
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
- Good communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
- Relevant work experience in back office/Operations
