Vodafone is hiring for the role of DGM Process Expert!
Responsibilities of the candidate
- Execute and monitor B2B credit and collections processes in alignment with the global CTC roadmap.
- Analyse customer payment behaviours and identify risk patterns to improve collection effectiveness.
- Collaborate with local market SPOCs and shared service centers to ensure consistent application of credit policies.
- Support implementation of SAP Rise and Core Business Model changes related to B2B collections.
- Provide insights and reporting on overdue accounts, bad debt trends, and cash flow impact.
Requirements
- Experience in operational finance and working capital optimisation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Customer Operations teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
