DevOps MDM Reliability Engineer Job in Bangalore at okta

Okta is hiring for the role of DevOps MDM Reliability Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Serve as an escalation point for the global IT support team and work closely with the security team to enforce endpoint security models and best practices.
• Manage Okta's global fleet of Windows PCs and Android using Microsoft Intune and MS Graph.
• Manage macOS and iOS devices using Jamf Pro, AutoPkg, Munki, and other open-source tools.
• Deploy and update applications, configurations, settings, and scripts to all endpoints, addressing vulnerabilities as they arise.
• Collaborate with BT teams to automate provisioning, de-provisioning, integrations, and support processes for endpoints.
• Design, build, document, and support ongoing automation in endpoint deployment and management, iterating on deployment solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficient in bash, Python, PowerShell, Go, or other programming languages.
• Experience integrating SaaS and management systems with the Okta platform.
• Relevant IT industry certifications (Okta, ITIL, GPCE, MCSA, MCITP, or MCTS).
• Experience with Federal requirements and FedRAMP compliance.
• A can-do attitude, bringing solutions to the table.
