DevOps Intern Internship in Gurgaon at Galaxycard

We are looking for a DevOps engineer who can reimagine how our company builds and deploys software and how we use data to make decisions, then build the products and infrastructure to enable that new approach.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment using Jenkins.
• Fine tune Kubernetes, configure new deployments and optimize the infrastructure.
• Implement best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).
• Collaborate with team members to improve the company’s engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security.
• Optimize the company’s computing architecture.
• Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Perform R & D on new tools and utilities.
• Keep total infrastructure cost under control.
• Ensure that infrastructure is secure and passes all internal VAPT scenarios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
• At least one year of production experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience in handling code deployment using Jenkins.
• Experience needed in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
• Responsible for deploying, automating, maintaining, troubleshooting and improving the systems that keep the backend infrastructure running smoothly.
• Strong command over Mongo dB, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure monitoring and bash scripting etc.
• Experience in various AWS services like RDS, Redis, Spark Clusters, Data Lake etc.
• Problem-solving attitude.
