DevOps Engineer – Azure, GitHub, Terraform Job in Gurgaon at UnitedHealth Group

UnittedHealth Group is hiring for the role of DevOps Engineer – Azure, GitHub, Terraform!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and Terraform
• Utilize Azure cloud services to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our platform
• Manage and configure GitHub repositories, including branching strategies and merging
• Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate the deployment process
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable application delivery
• Collaborate with the software engineering team to understand needs and translate them into functional infrastructure
• Implement automation tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency
• Promote a culture of best practices around DevOps methodologies
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale by maintaining high standards of code quality and infrastructure
• Maintain documentation of the current and future system architecture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and system administration
• Solid experience with Azure, GitHub, and Terraform
• Knowledge of various automation tools
• Proficient in coding and scripting languages
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with system monitoring tools
