DevOps Engineer Job in Chennai at Comcast

Comcast is hiring for the role of DevOps Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Troubleshoot and repair all but the most complex issues
• Perform maintenance activities with a minimum of supervision and guidance
• Lead technical outage bridges and engage appropriate resources to drive issues to closure
• Act as an advocate for Engineering Operations procedures, policies, and processes
• Ensure projects and initiatives are adhering to Company standards
• Track and report operational workflows; maintain records of results and feedback
• Analyze data and metrics, identify problem areas, and provide actionable insight
• Act as a technical resource in projects and initiatives and ensure successful project implementation
• Contribute to design considerations for new products or architectural changes to existing products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
• Relevant Work Experience: 2-5 Years
• Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job
• Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services
