Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Designing and developing applications while managing the full software development lifecycle.
- Performing product design, bug verification, and beta support.
- Working as a manager with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
- Identifying and allocating technical resources and forecasting resource needs.
Requirements:
- The ability to lead a team effectively under pressure
- Experience interacting with executive-level clients
- A background in analyzing client's business needs and determining support
- A bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent experience
