Development Manager Job in Mumbai at Colt Technology Services

Colt Technology Services is hiring for the role of Development Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead development activities in India in conjunction with the central development team.
• Provide leadership for the early development of the design for the Mumbai and Chennai Schemes.
• Lead permitting and power applications for the Mumbai and Chennai Schemes.
• Provide a commercial overview of the development function.
• Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the development objectives.
• Provide leadership to the India team to deliver design/development solutions that meet the business objectives of the Global Reference Design and acceptable financial returns for the scheme.
• Maintain submission of permitting and power applications to meet the requirements of the overall development program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good communicator both verbal and written
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage a team
• Strong commercial skills
• Good understanding of the building permitting process
• Good understanding of the power application process
• Understanding of the land acquisition process including technical and legal due diligence
• Understanding of business case and project returns
• Preferably with DC experience
