Fynd is hiring for the role of Developer Success Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide expert-level support to our partners developers using our SDKs, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Assist new clients with onboarding, ensuring they have a smooth start and understand how to best utilize our SDKs/APIs
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and guides to help clients understand and effectively use our Platform SDKs
• Collect and relay client feedback to the product development team to help improve our platform SDKs
• Engage with the developer community through internally built community & partner support panel
• Work closely with the development, product, and sales teams to ensure client success and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React.js, MongoDB or MySQL with hands-on experience in building and deploying applications
• Experience with SDK development and deployment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Passion for helping clients succeed, with a customer-first attitude
• Previous experience in a customer support or developer relations role is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments
