Desktop Support Engineer Job in New Delhi at Chetak Group of Companies

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices
• coordinate with service providers for hardware repairs and replacements 
• Manage and troubleshoot HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) related issues on monitors and displays.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor DNS settings and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors Manage IT assets and 
• Install, update, and maintain antivirus and endpoint protection software; respond to virus alerts and take appropriate action.
• Provide basic support and monitoring of CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVR/DVR configurations, network integration).
