We are the proud creators of BLACKbox, an advanced IT solution for data protection, including firewall, file server, mail server, endpoint security, storage, backup, and domain controller functionalities.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide first-line support for all desktop-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
• Assist end-users with IT-related problems, providing clear and concise instructions to resolve issues.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions using ticketing systems and asset management tools.
• Provide remote support via tools such as TeamViewer, Ammy Admin, or other remote desktop applications.
• Work closely with other IT staff to resolve complex issues and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
• Provide on-site support when required, troubleshooting and resolving issues directly at the user's location.
