Job Title: Visual Design Specialist - 3D / CAD / Graphics

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Visual Design Specialist to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, CAD design, and graphic design with the ability to create visually striking designs for a range of projects including product prototypes, architectural visualizations, branding, and digital assets. This role demands both technical proficiency and a creative mindset to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Design & Modeling: Create and refine 3D models for products, environments, and other visual concepts using industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max).
• CAD Design & Technical Drawings: Develop detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for manufacturing, product development, or architectural design using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino).
• Graphics Design: Create high-quality digital graphics, including branding materials, promotional assets, infographics, and visual storytelling content using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure designs meet technical, aesthetic, and functional requirements.
• Prototyping & Visualization: Produce realistic renderings, animations, and mock-ups for product and architectural designs to assist in client presentations, marketing campaigns, or user experience evaluations.
• Quality Control & Feedback: Ensure all visual designs are consistent with brand guidelines, meet project requirements, and adhere to timelines. Take feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine designs.
• Stay Updated with Trends: Continuously research and incorporate the latest trends, technologies, and tools in 3D design, CAD, and graphics to keep designs innovative and up-to-date.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in 3D design, CAD modeling, and graphic design. Experience in both digital and print design preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender).
• Strong CAD skills, with experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Rhino.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with rendering tools (V-Ray, Arnold, etc.).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a combination of 3D modeling, CAD designs, and graphic design work is required.
• Creative & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, visually engaging designs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) or Virtual Reality (VR) design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D animation.
• Experience working with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Familiarity with product design for manufacturing or engineering processes.
