Responsibilities:

• Fasacde system selection balancing client specification and economy for company
• Detailing in shop drawing incorporating faesibility of fabrication and installation
• Design releases balancing site and client priorities and company revenue target 
• Innovation in products and process
• Glazing standards and codes
• Die design development
• Wide range of Fascade materials for claddings,point fixed, spider glazings
• Exposure to fabrication and installation methods and tolerances
• Basic steel construction 

Qualification & Skills:

• High in visualisation to enable suitable details
• Assertive 
• Leading and managing team to bring out productivity
• Adaptable to changes
• 10-12 years of which at least last 3 years in capacity of desin team leader/manager iheading a team of design engineers in a fabricator company
• Maximum experience with fabricators using propritory/ own developed sytems few years exposure in fabricator companies using products of system sellers 
• Diploma/BE/Mtech etc 
• Additiona Certifcate courses/ training with fascade raw material companies
