Key Responsibilities:

Client Input Drawings Verifications:

• Refer Design list under ZOMA and start jobs as per priority. Make job folder as per ZOMA job number.
• Verify clients measurements
• If all measurements are OKAY, then MAKE KEY PLAN & PATTERNS.
• If some measurements are missing / if there is inconsistency between two measurements then take help from Sr. Design Executive for the above problem.

Make Key Plan & Patterns:

• Mandatorily refer to DESIGN CHECKLIST and Client Design Preference File before starting the KEY PLAN WORK
• Make 3D / 2D geometry design as per client measurements in AUTO CAD.
• Do nesting as per the defined SOP.
• Upload KP & Consumption on ZOMA

Making Jobsheets:

• Make Jobsheet as per Jobsheet Checklist
• Upload Jobsheet on ZOMA and click flag of Jobsheet made.
