Ecozen Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Design Engineer Mechanical!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with internal customers to establish the design brief, including the concept, performance, and production criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and engineering teams to generate design solutions and extend support to Cross-Functional Teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Create a culture of rapid idea generation and viability assessment.
• Coordinate with production, testing team, and manufacturing partners to prototype/manufacture/test designs and concepts.
• Concept Design, 3D CAD modeling & 2D drafting, CAD Assembly management, BoM preparation, Design Release to Production

Requirements:

• Essential Qualification: B. Tech/BE (Mechanical)
• Experience: 2+years
• Industry Preference: Experience in Industrial products and consumer products is desirable.
• Functional Competencies: 3D CAD modeling in Fusion360/Solid works, Good in Tolerance Design of parts of the motor, CAE simulations for Strength, Sheet Metal parts designing, Vibration analysis, Design Calculation, Tolerance stack-up analysis / DVA, DFMEA, DQR, DFM, DFA and DSR, Design Review, DVPR, GD&T
