Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Design Engineer(Equipment)!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a review of vendor drawings, Calculations, and other documents. 

Requirements:

• Should have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and have 1-2 Years of experience in Piping.
• Should have excellent knowledge of P&ID, MTO, Isometric Drawings & Piping Code like B31.1 / B31.3.
• Should have experience in Preparation and checking piping isometric and spool drawing, piping support, and valves.
• Preparation of MTO/BOQ from Isometric drawings / Spooling software.
• Familiar with piping thickness, Nozzle Reinforcement, Piping Stress, and WRC calculation as per IBR, and Piping code.
• Knowledge in software Auto Spool/Spool Gen, Auto CAD.
• Thorough understanding of Engineering Planning and Control Methods.
• Skilled in oral and written communication. Able to work in project groups.
• Able to troubleshoot issues in the shop or job site setting confidently and to provide instruction on how to resolve identified issues.
