Regal Rexnord is hiring for the role of Design Engineer Associate.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create 3D Models & 2D Mfg. drawings in solid works.
• Maintain Metrics and Support the team to complete the projects Related to ETO, PLS, VAVE, SE & Documentation.
• Communicating & coordinating with Onsite & offshore Teams on a daily basis for work Updates, Status, and Queries.
• Perform Quality checking of Drawings.
• Align to the team Process and Procedures and Company Policies.

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 Years of Experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, Team player, collaborative, and Self Motivated with customer-centric Approach
• Exposure to Mechanical Design & Manufacturing process and Knowledge of Rotating Equipment.
• Ability to Read & Create Engineering Drawings in CAD Software, preferably in Solid Works & AutoCAD.
• Working Knowledge of Data Management systems PDM/DDM
• Good Analytics & communication skills (verbal and written)
