- Assist in the development of accurate and detailed 2D drawings (plans, sections, schematics, etc.) and 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality, information-rich 3D models and assist in the development of visualizations to communicate design intent.
- Assist in coordinating MEP system interfaces within the Revit/CAD environment with other disciplines (architectural, structural, etc.), ensuring integration and clash detection, with guidance from senior engineers.
- Work to ensure all drawing work is coordinated, assisting in the identification and resolution of potential clashes, and ensuring accurate integration within the overall building design.
- Produce Revit and AutoCAD drawings in accordance with project schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate drawing referencing, including timely updates of revision statuses and ensuring all drawing issues are documented as per set practice.
- Communicate and liaise with other designers, consultants, and stakeholders as required to facilitate project coordination and information exchange, under supervision.
- Adhere to and promote the company's BIM/Revit/CAD standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Give suggestions for the continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- A Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline with significant experience may also be considered.
- A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in BIM and CAD drafting for MEP systems within the building services or process plant industries.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Autodesk Revit modeling and its application to process plant and MEP systems, with a willingness to learn the latest software releases and BIM methodologies.
- Experience working within a Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment, including understanding of BIM execution plans, data management, and collaboration workflows.
- Competent CAD operator with experience in the latest releases of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and the ability to translate design information into constructible drawings.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to approach design challenges and problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Ability to comply with and maintain company BIM/Revit/CAD standards and workflows.
- Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within building designs.
- Exposure to clash detection software and processes (e.g., Navisworks).
- Experience in supporting global projects and understanding international design standards.
- Reliable and self-motivated individual with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively with some supervision and guidance.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
