Design Document Coordinator & Auto CAD Drafting Job in Mumbai at Larsen & Toubro

Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Design Document Coordinator & Auto CAD Drafting.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

1. Assist in the Design of underground tunnel including alignment, stations, Ventilation shafts, formworks, and emergency exits, using CAD & Revit software
2. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and identify constraints for design development. 
3. Collaborate with structural and geotechnical engineers to develop Tunneling and excavation plans, ensuring structural integrity and safety. 
4. Provide technical support during construction phases, addressing design-related issues and coordinating with contractors to resolve conflicts. 
5. Coordinate with team members to integrate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems into architectural designs, facilitating efficient project execution. 
6. Collaborate with engineers to develop efficient formwork solutions and resolve design challenges. 
7. Preparing Combined Service Drawings 
8. Estimating the Bar Bending Schedule Quantity (BBS) 
9. Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback and changes from project stakeholders. 
10. Coordinate with Clients
11. Letter preparation & Response as per contracts 
12. Handling the GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings
