Design Delivery Specialist Job in Mumbai at Procter & Gamble (P&G)

Procter & Gamble (P&G) is hiring for the role of Design Delivery Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead the collaboration on artwork development/adaptation with marketing and design teams, internal studios, and external agencies.
• Manage design execution & timeline management, print test/trial, and artwork adaptation reviews.
• Lead and execute design intent and print quality control.
• Participate in design brief kick-off, design reviews, and any other packaging design-related multi-functional meetings.
• Manage Execution of Regional adaptation. Execute Hard and Soft points to deliver Design Intent and protect Brand Identity.
• Project management on system tracking software.
• Provide comprehensive meeting summaries and execute follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve Packaging execution systems.
• Work closely with the Design Managers and Technical Execution Manager prototype agency to assist with creating mock-ups for packaging testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience is required.
• Strong understanding of the E2E design process: from design concept through design production.
• In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit-for-use requirements, print process capabilities, substrates/finishes.
• Strong project and time management skills, experience leading multiple high complexity projects simultaneously.
• Software fluency in: Microsoft (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Strong business communication planning & execution skills – both verbal and written.
