Design & Construction Program Coordinator Job in Bengaluru at JLL

JLL is hiring for the role of Design & Construction Program Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and reporting for design and construction projects
• Facilitate communication between clients, design teams, contractors, and JLL project managers
• Maintain project management systems and ensure proper documentation
• Assist with tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders
• Maintain organised project files and records
• Assist with vendor management and procurement processes
• Support quality assurance protocols and project closeout procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in construction, real estate, or a related industry
• Knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional Indian languages beneficial)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred
