Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India is hiring for the role of BIW Structure Design and Development!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Product design and development of Sealing, Aluminum, and Plastic trims
• Master section creation and validations, Benchmarking  
• Styling validation for technical requirements
• Function knowledge of Sealing and trims (Fitment, Water leakage tightness, Aero Acoustics appearance)
• Sealing manufacturing Knowledge -  Material, Profiles extrudes, Moulds, Fixation methods
•  Good experience in handling development topics with Supplier
• Stakeholder management – Suppliers, Plant, Simulation, Manufacturing, Vehicle integration, Purchase, Cost controlling, etc
• Exposure to hardware builds, Prototypes
• Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverable in the projects
• Good knowledge with hands-on experience in NX Unigraphics
• Change Management

• Education & Training: B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Industrial)
