Pitney Bowes is hiring for the role of Deputy Sales Manager!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

  • Support the Regional Sales Manager – East in executing sales strategies, driving market penetration, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms with customers, ensuring deals close effectively with mutual satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience and align with business goals.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques for improved performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in key account management and engagement with CXO-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to guide decision-making.
