Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze data to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Gather and define project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and track key performance indicators.
• Help develop and implement sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Work with different teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Help create and update sales training materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Sales analytics, business reviews, market intel gathering
• Works effectively in a multi-location matrix environment
• Experience 1-3 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for conferences, or training sessions, as required.
