Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - Rural Term Loan

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Screen potential IBA’s basis fitment and profile
• Fulfill required criteria before the profile is sent for enrollment
• Connect with IBA’s recruited and update on KPI’s
• Drive IBA Log in and Talk Time metrics
• Lead and business generation per business plan shared
• Resolve all IBA system issues and queries with a central team where required
• Maintain IBA activation rates over targets rolled out
• Ensure communication to IBAs on disbursement and earnings
• Motivate IBAs to qualify for R&R ad grievance addressal
• Co-ordinate real-time channels between Sales, IBA and Central support

Requirements:

• Should have 1-2 years of Outbound Sales team management experience
• Prior experience in a sales role in retail lending would be an added advantage
• Should have a collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company
• Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
