Bajaj Fniserv is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - Rural Customer Durables!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support field through troubleshooting on the system
- Ensure governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with the team
- Coordinate with Sales & ensure the mechanism is in place for the processing of files within desired TAT
- Ensure timely communication to stakeholders on any change in the process
- Liaison with the functional team – Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
Requirements:
- Relevant experience of 1-3 years in the industry.
