Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - Rural Consumer Durable!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support field through trouble shooting on system
- Ensure governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Monthly hold clearance
- Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team
- Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT
- Ensure timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liason with functional team – Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
Requirements
- Experience of 1 to 3 years is required
