Bajaj Finsrev is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - Operations & Services!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Implement cash policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the policy and compliance with the authority matrix at branches in the area assigned.
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and send the same to HO.
- Check and update agency collection.
- Attend walk-in customers solving their issues and maintaining a 100 % Customer satisfaction level.
- Coordinate with HO/TCS to solve the customer query within TAT
- Report location cash and customer service details daily.
- Cross-sell the insurance and other products to walk-in customers.
- Collect customer feedback about our service and products
Requirements:
- Capable of interacting with customers and collection agencies.
- MBA with 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Has worked with reputed Banks/Financial Institutions in Consumer Financing.
- Positive attitude and team player.
