About this Job

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Achieve Business Numbers: Meet business targets through assigned channels based on location and market potential.
  • People Management: Oversee off-roll staff, including hiring, retention, and productivity management.
  • Sales Governance: Ensure compliance with systems and processes for sales governance.
  • PDD Compliance: Track, manage, and control compliance with Post-Disbursement Documentation (PDD) requirements.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Reduce customer complaints and cancellations by preventing miss-selling.
  • CRM Understanding: Utilize and understand Salesforce.com for customer relationship management.
  • Internal Collaboration: Engage effectively with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure seamless processes.
  • TAT Maintenance: Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) is maintained for case processing.
  • Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with various internal departments (product, credit, ops, RCS, compliance) for efficient file processing.
  • HR Coordination: Work with the HR department on hiring and retention strategies.
  • Training and Development: Train self and team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Hiring: Recruit the right candidates to build an effective team.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees and dealers/partners with Bajaj Finserv.
  • Retention: Focus on retaining off-roll staff through engagement and support.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Excel is essential.
  • Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in team management.
  • Result-Oriented: Must possess a go-getter attitude and focus on achieving results.
  • Collaborative Work Style: Ability to engage and collaborate with peers and colleagues across the company.
  • Team Management Skills: Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong command of verbal and written communication.
  • Ambitious and Self-Motivated: Highly motivated individual with ambitious goals
