Deputy Manager & Global PMO Coordinator Job in Mumbai at Piramal Pharma Ltd.

Piramal Pharma Ltd. is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager & Global PMO Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• An integral member of the Global PMO team, responsible for the development and maintenance of the PM Intranet site and Project Management Process Maps.
• Develop and maintain a training curriculum to support process maps.
• Manage the monthly change order review and reporting process.
• Organize meetings with global PMs and stakeholders to gather input for creating process maps.
• Collect and maintain metrics on global Project Managers, including meeting attendance and participation.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training content for PM Processes.
• Manage the content of the Global PM Intranet Site, including researching industry news and client information.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and present project status and progress to senior leadership.
• Proximity to an existing Piramal site is preferred, with some travel required.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Science or Engineering discipline or Project Management/MBA
• Fluent in English
• Understanding of Smartsheet, Salesforce, QlikSense
• Good knowledge of Project Management Processes and Practices in the Pharmaceutical field (CDMO experience highly desired)
• Excellent understanding of project management processes related to pharmaceutical discovery, development, and manufacturing, from project initiation to closeout.
• Self-driven with the ability to stay on task while working remotely.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging listeners in interactive two-way conversations.
• Personal initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and a collaborative approach.
• Results-oriented, able to translate process/user requirements into solutions.
• Technologically adept with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with Smartsheet, MS Office applications, QlikSense (or other BI tools) preferred.
• Minimum of two years in Project Management or general pharmaceutical experience highly desirable.
