Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager Finance and Accounts (Costing)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Expert in the area of Product/Standard Costing system
• Material contribution & consumption analysis. (COP, COGS, and analysis)
• BOM analytics and triggers to management for variances. (rate, quantity, other variances)
• EN/BOM Changes validation and impact calculation
• Domestic & Import Parchase parts monthly analysis.
• Analytics on rejections, forceful postings., Cost of Poor Quality.
• Manufacturing & other Scrap Generation, Variance, and Income analysis.
• Conversion Cost working through system, routing, SKF maintenance, and settlement of expenses.
• New Product costing and profitability estimation
• Monthly Closing as per deadlines and identifying exceptional items in material and expenses, by way of proper analysis.
• Periodic MIS to leadership team
• Inventory monitoring, control, and Analytics on Inventory Reduction (In Plant and Vendor Aid Inventory)
• Non-moving and age-based inventory identification, developing strong MIS for its control, and minimizing the obsolescence
• Perpetual Inventory/Annual Inventory, driving actions,
• Digital and automation initiatives, and RPA development, drive simplicity.
• Periodic review of Standard SOPs, Policy documents, and need-based amendments.
