PepsiCo is hiring for the job role of Deputy Manager-Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Price and Margin exception/Gap Closure evaluation
• Management of Frito lays the overall price structure of a product portfolio
• Work on Innovation pricing
• Work on CTS and analysis as requested. (Post pricing analysis, Post pricing Audit, Analysis for specific product )
• Support strategies and programs to improve trade efficiency and calendar optimization
• Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Field Marketing, Innovation, and Consumer insights teams to make sure the team is expanding their pricing knowledge and putting consumers at the forefront of decision-making
• Responding to requests from sales team and other internal customer support teams to review/correct pricing concerns in a timely manner, measured by pricing architecture
• Providing recommendations and approving exception pricing requests submitted by the sales finance team
• Create, update, and prepare ongoing periodic business reports
• Maintain complex Excel models
• Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights
• Manage pricing exceptions through verbal and written interactions with Sales and Sales Finance
• Collaborate with sales and finance functions on ad-hoc projects
• Create an inclusive and collaborative environment

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of finance analyst experience
• Excellent computer skills, Excel modeling, PowerPoint
• Ability to identify business issues and generate solutions
• Self-starter with attention to detail and customer service
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
• Ability to function well in a team environment
• Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Prior Finance experience with National Accounts/Field Sales is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, Proficiency in English language
