Deloitte is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - FA - Transaction Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work as part of a team, analyzing industries, companies and markets to drive unique insights to aid clients’ strategic decisions.
• Involve in interaction with corporate CXOs and investment teams of financial sponsors and asset managers.
• Work with some of the most intellectually stimulating clients.
• Perform high-quality analysis within timelines and with minimum supervision.
• Display energy, positive attitude and teamwork on engagements and act upon feedback and coaching received.
• Attempt to increase realization per hour on projects by working efficiently and minimizing inefficiencies.
• Establish strong connections with the client team and keep them engaged on key findings during the course of the project.

Requirements:

• A post-graduate degree in management from a leading Indian or global business school
• Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication
• Ability to develop and analyze financial statements
• Ability to work in unstructured environments and to tight deadlines
• Experience in strategy or M&A, with a consulting firm, would be an added advantage
• Focused on high-quality service
• Fluency in written & verbal English
• Should have the ability to draw conclusions from the project modules for which they are responsible
