Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - Debt Management Services!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensuring timely delivery of Legal system related projects & respective deliverables
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables
- Working experience of Mobile Apps will be an added advantage
- Responsible for the management of operational issues arising in DMS Legal system and providing support to the field team
- Understanding of how the collection works and interference of legal system workflow will be an added advantage.
- Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries
- Understand change requirements to raise user stories and BRD with IT
Requirements:
- Engineering Graduates/ Postgraduate Fresher or experienced with Project Management skill set
- More than 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry
- Understanding or experience in Project Management and legal activities within the collection domain
- Semi-technical understanding of APIs
- Experience of creating UI on Figma, Loan life cycle understanding
- The ability to write basic SQL basic query will be an added advantage
