Deputy Manager - Business Analysis Job in Kondapur at Whirlpool Corporation

Whirlpool is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - Business Analysis!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor incoming break fix and new request tickets. 
• Assist HR Operations team with any inquiries received through chat / email.
• Gather and analyze end user requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories within the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of developed solutions along with release and upgrades testing. 
• Update documentation for changes moving to Production.
• Manage year-end activities.
• Provide support for approved projects. 

Requirements:

• 3 years hands-on experience in HR ServiceNow processes and best practices.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow HR Case management.
• Familiar with Agile development methodology.
• Process improvement experience. 
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements, create user stories, and develop solutions within ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
