Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets.
  
• Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
  
• Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
  
• Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, etc.
• Giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM.
  
• Ensuring implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  
• Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
  
• Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
  
• Engaging Operations and risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
  
• Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure the health of the portfolio.
  
• Managing the Distribution through Dealer relations and servicing the Dealers, and their concerns in an appropriate manner.

Requirements:

• Graduation with 2 to 4 years and MBA with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
• People & Relationship Management skills.
