About this Job
Job Description & Requirements:
- Handling of Customer Complaints Team along with training and coaching
- Review of the Resolution provided to the Customers for their Complaints
- Identifying the Root Cause Analysis of the complaints and take corrective actions
- Share inputs to the management to control the number of complaints received
- Collaborate with Internal Ombudsmen for the review of Rejected Customer Complaints
- Connect with the respective stakeholders for the timely resolution of the Customer Complaints and if additional working is required as per IO recommendation
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
