Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Contract Management1. Update the SOW
• Receive the finalized cost from GBS2 GM, Finance controller, Legal validation
• Share the client SPOC for signing
• After the customer signs, update in service connect tool for the DCFO/CFO signature
• RNTBCI signed copy share to the customer to close.
• 2Rodis Management1. Follow up with members and team leads for updating the rodis on time
• Discussion with RNTBCI PMO for the exit employees removal and access for new joiner
• Quality Management1. Audit support and coordination 
• Audit findings closure support in the IQMS Tool
• 4OKR Management1. Dept OKR/KPI management support for preparations 
• Discussions with team leads for regular updates and monitoring
• 5PR-PO Management1. Support provided to the GBS PO SPOC
