Vodafone Idea Limited is hiring for the role of  Deputy General Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Provide the delivery and development of intelligent and robotic automation solutions, machine learning, and predictive and big data analytics to facilitate Core Transport's digital transformation.
  • Process engineering and development of Digital Operations and transformation.
  • Provide support in the maintenance of the Tools and Systems implemented for digital and automation enablement as well as leading concepts for innovations.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and deploy software, scripts, and code to automate workflows.
  • Measure application performance and focus on testing and deployment for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver efficiencies from analytics, automation, correlation, cognitive learning AI, and digital visualization.
  • Exploit system technology opportunities to achieve an efficient, integrated, and de-layered Network Operations model that can effectively support complex products and services.
  • Create, develop, and maintain scripts, API, and automated workflows within intelligent automation platforms.
  • Ensure operational readiness via an integrated model and final project sign-off
  • Review of operational processes and practices to develop digital or automation opportunities through software development and coding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on HR operations and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) would be an advantage.
