Deputy Director - Brand Accelerator Job in Bengaluru at Myntra

Myntra is hiring for Deputy Director - Brand Accelerator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and onboard the right brands to enrol on the program 
• Work on the sweat equity investment into the brands including driving due-diligence and negotiations
• Interface with external firms (Big 4s and law firms) to drive DDs, valuations and subsequent investment in the brands. Growing the share of accelerator brand business on the platform through both the addition of new brands and disproportionately growing the business of the current brands
• Be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship for the accelerator brands.
• Work with the internal teams across operations, finance, Category, Catalog, Returns, Technology and Revenue to ensure that Accelerator brand issues are prioritized and solved
• Conduct whitespace analysis and Working with the brands to enable expansion into new categories/article types
• Enhance the Accelerator program structure to create a differential experience for the brands from the current set of MP brands
• Co-own the profitability through the brands for Flipkart
• Identify and solve sales opportunities on Myntra for the brands 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong communication and project management skills 
• Strong Analytical Skills, presentation skills and analytical skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment 
• Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
