Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets of business loan & loan against property product
• Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
• Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals concerning the geographical area, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
• Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM.
• Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
• Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
• Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
• Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
• Portfolio quality - Managing & supporting Debt Management Services of the acquired portfolio.

Requirements:

• Prior & relevant experience in loans against / purchase of commercial properties & business loans
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
• Excellent relationship skills.
• Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
