Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates along with proper guidelines.
- Review milestones and track progress effectively.
- Ensure all legal guidelines are strictly followed during the repossession of products.
- Travel with Relationship Officers (ROs) for on-ground supervision.
- Allocate cases timely among team members.
- Maintain proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Conduct daily tracking of team performance and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle escalations promptly and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR) efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Counsel and groom direct reportees to enhance and refine their skill sets.
- Manage a team of collection officers to achieve overall targets.
- Identify and rectify problems encountered during the collection process.
- Monitor and analyze average collection reports to improve performance.
- Oversee Legal Recovery for Urban NPL/Wheels (Vehicle Finance), including repossession and legal management.
- Handle Litigation and Case Management, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to collection activities.
