About this Job
- Develop a deployment planning method or logic based on agreed vehicle frequency and size to optimize sales while minimizing overall inventory. Actively collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- Collaborate with RSMs, ASMs, CSMs, and Factory Logistics, including the Import Manager, to determine the optimal quantity and channel allocation at warehouses.
- Strive to achieve a balance between customer responsiveness and production stability. Proactively communicate any stock-out risks to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Systems/Billing team to ensure the correct SKUs are aligned with the demand.
- Maintain strong coordination with Supply Planners and the Repacking Manager to ensure stock availability aligns with demand in terms of both quantity and freshness at the Mother Warehouse.
- Focus on reducing Non-Quality Costs (NQC) at the warehouse level and ensure its execution by liaising with the warehouse and ASMs. Provide visibility to DMR & SMR to drive the process effectively.
- Continuously monitor and improve fill rates by identifying root causes and taking corrective actions.
- Adapt the deployment strategy based on recent trends and insights.
- Drive process improvements and establish a robust connection between Demand and Supply to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
