Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deployment Engineer is responsible for the successful deployment of integrated or stand-alone releases into production.
• Helps prevent the introduction of bad or untested code into production on which the organization's internal and external customers depend.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment systems.
• Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Assist in developing and implementation of deployment plan.
• Work with IT and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications.
• Develop deployment support documentations for customers.
• Work with the management to develop deployment specifications and configurations.
• Assist in new system development and enhancements.
• Attend trainings related to company’s deployment procedures and standards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner.
• Act as primary customer contact for deployment related inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

• Exceptional comprehension skills, and ability to learn and contribute with minimal oversight - a self starter.
• Ability to think in abstract and quickly grasp the essence of the job at hand.
• Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues
• Knowledge of system level and integration level testing.
• Excellent understanding of the continuous integration practice.
• Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience. Related graduate degree preferred (Master's).
• Technical Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
