Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Recruit team members with the right personality and potential.
• Plan team structure in line with commercial strategy and business needs.
• Ensure effective onboarding with clear role expectations.
• Encourage collective intelligence through team meetings and collaborative decision-making.
• Conduct one-on-one discussions with each teammate every 4 weeks.
• Ensure mid-year and annual performance discussions are completed on time.
• Maintain high motivation and engagement within the team.
• Celebrate wins and foster a healthy, energetic sports culture.
• Provide timely, constructive, and growth-focused feedback.
• Build and drive the Local Sports Project (LSP) for the assigned sport/perimeter.
• Co-create the LSP with the team and ensure understanding and alignment.
• Forecast and manage commercial activities to achieve business goals.
• Oversee roster management to ensure team availability matches business requirements.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, stock availability, and omnichannel integration.
• Maintain a welcoming, attractive, and high-impact store layout.
• Promote the full range of products and services across offline and online channels.
• Boost circular offer sales within the perimeter.
• Lead overall store operations and commercial performance for the day.
• Coordinate team availability and workflow to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Oversee smooth functioning across all departments during the shift.
