About this Job
Job Description:
- 17+ Years of relevant experience in Java/ J2EE
- Ability to Handle Multiple Delivery and Implementation project
- Strong experience in handling fixed budget project.
- Experience in budget estimation, resource allocation, handling client escalation, contracts.
- Excellent record in SDLC and CMMI 5.0 process( can be CMM 3 also )
- Able to handle multiple client and stakeholder
- Ability to manager KPI and Profit and loss of projects( mainly ability to do projects within time line and budgeted manmonths i.e efficient delivery of sw deve projects
- Ability to handle team of 50+ team
- Excellent communication and conflict management skill
- Past exp. handling complex web application and enterprise grade application
- Good understanding of J2EE stack technology
- Exp. Working on open source platform
- Work with internal QA , HR Sales and Pre Sales Team
