Delivery Executive Job at Vahan Technology Indian Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Plan delivery routes using GPS or other navigational tools
• Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle
• Collect payments from customers and provide receipts
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery and any issues that arise during delivery
• Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained
• Report any issues or concerns related to delivery to the supervisor or manager
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Prior experience in delivery or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret maps and GPS directions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
